    We were thoroughly impressed with Louis-Philippe's professionalism, market knowledge and clear communication style. He delivered on all of his promises and was there for us every step of the way. Louis-Philippe was extremely patient, especially in these tough times of uncertainty due to Covid-19. We would 100% recommend him to anyone that we know, especially to our military friends as he was very knowledgeable of this processes. Also, he has great hair.

    It was our first time selling a property, and Louis-Phiippe did amazing at guiding us through the process, and answering all our questions, but also not letting us accept the very first offer we got, He understood the situation we were in, and considering the amount of visits we had planned the next day, explained to us that it might be worth it to take the risk of waiting just a bit longer. In the end we ended up accepting a firm offer the next day, and it was way better than that first one. We would not hesitate to contact him again for our next real estate transaction in Ottawa Thanks Louis-Phiippe!

    Louis-Philippe made the whole experience relatively easy despite this being our first purchase. It helped relieve some of the stress associated with purchasing a home by making the experience enjoyable. Being bilingual and finding other necessary french services was much appreciated.
