And, I was impressed by the quality and professionalism of Mr. TeeJay, the chief cook ,served me with . How can such a gentlemen be so respectful, be treating customers as first class guests. He never looses temper . No matter how chocking could be sometimes ours needs, il will use the calm and dexterity to keep you patient and relaxed .All respect to TJ , a start up cook in small business and student also.
