  Been shopping there for 5 years and never had a negative encounter. Staff is friendly and I would even say caring. It feels like your small town grocery store.

  Has everything you need in a medium sized store. If a shelf is empty, don't assume they have ran out just ask someone and they will restock the product on the shelf. Overall the staff is very friendly and it's conveniently located but prices could be more competitive with the likes of Food Basics located just a few blocks up the road.

  I really like this Metro! It was recently renovated and looks attractive and clean. Nice selection of fruits and vegetables. Good meat department. Generally pleasant with really friendly staff.

  The Deli Team is by far the best across the Ottawa area. Well managed and they Actually CARE! The sandwiches are always fresh and carefully put together. They work hard and do it with smiles on their faces! My husband and I have a Metro closer to our house, but we happily go out of our way to go to this deli, just because we know they’ll have what we need. Thank you Deli team and Metro Elmvale!
