(May 28, 2019, 6:03 am)Recommend the hotel! Been there 3 times so far. Great service. Morning breakfast (included) a very nice to have. Rooms are great. The pull out couch should be changed ... not very comfortable. Plenty of parking underground. Free coffee and tea available in the lobby.

(May 19, 2019, 10:13 pm)Had a really nice stay here. The rooms were clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. The staff at reception were very please t when we check in and when we had questions in the evening. The restaurant off the lobby was fantastic! Great food! We had a great dinner there and enjoyed the buffet in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

(May 14, 2019, 11:36 am)The rooms are nice enough, although there is a bit of a lingering smell in the air. Staff are friendly. The biggest issue is the location - nothing within walking distance except maybe a Starbucks. Update: showers are really nice and the breakfast was a pretty good spread. Taxis are always waiting at the front door, so it turns out it is easy enough to get around.

(May 10, 2019, 1:13 am)I've travelled so often and have never had a hotel be THIS perfect.
The staff was absolutely amazing, down to helping me with my obviously forgotten toothbrush. The food from the restaurant was perfect along with the drinks.
The room itself is worth a 5 star review on it's own. It was absolutely beautiful, so comfortable and functional for a longer stay.
This is the only hotel I will stay at in Ottawa now.
