  Awesome crew of guys there. Never used a oil change place but took a leap of faith from a work associate. Very respectful and thorough. They let you know if everything is alright. Will definitely go there again. Great service.

  Where do I even start .. I chose to come here since I'm a new driver and I felt like each time I went to mr.lube I'd leave there feeling overwhelmed. After reading reviews I figured I'd give Jiffy a try and I'm so glad I did! I know nothing about maintaining my car so I was super happy when I was able to ask questions and not feel stupid . I originally came in to get an oil change but left there with them fixing the pressure of my tires , my oil being changed , my fob battery getting replaced and doing my emissions test. Thank you so much for making my car feel like new and not over charging me for any of the services that were done to my car !!! I will hands down suggest this place to my family , friends , coworkers and you guys will definitely see me again . Thank you so so much to you and your crew , you guys are awesome !!!!

  The previous guys had made a small mistake in an oil change (pinched a rubber gasket /seal) and some oil leaked out. The crew found the problem, topped up the car and provided a discount for the next time. Excellent customer service, delivered politely and professionally.

  This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube on 1305 Banking street, Ottawa.
  Loved the experience - the folks here are very professional and friendly.
  
  Judah serviced my car and what I loved about him was that unlike Mr Lube, he did not try to deep sell and upsell. He explained what was best for my car make and model and left the decision to me. I did not feel intimidated or pressured as the folks at Mr Lube would do. I am now switching for sure. These guys are amazing. Recommend them 100%
