(February 18, 2019, 3:07 am)(Dome field during winter season) 3 times our soccer club booked hours for soccer games and was told that unfortunately the field has been booked twice by mistake (double booking) and we are the ones that needs to leave. One of the worst time was when we were hosting a team from Montreal and those parents had to travel 2hrs to find out that the game was canceled. For a University booking system, I am sure they can do better.
Beside of those issues the facility is one of the best in Ottawa. Good lighting, good turfgrass and the dome is warm during winter. -
