The entire process was very smooth starting with the designer quickly getting our style and coming up with an option that met our tastes. The work went very smoothly and the quality of work is very high. Some inevitable issues came up but they were on it right away with no additional costs. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

The project required some adjustments because of city requirements and the team from Lagois was able to provide us options and keep us informed on the process as things came up. We are vary happy with the end product and the way that Lagois worked with us and completed the project with quality and professionalism. We wouldn't hesitate to rehire or recommend them.

They renovated our kitchen by first creating the design and serving as the general contractor for all the contractors they brought in. Some of the renovation work was done by their own staff. They also helped with shopping for all the products and details required. I absolutely love my new kitchen and I highly recommend Lagois to anyone considering hiring them.

(October 2, 2018, 9:57 pm)The Lagois team constructed stairs and a deck for us. It was carefully designed and the project ran smoothly and on time. Their attention to detail was second to none. They involved us in all stages of the project and explained options for various structural and aesthetic aspects. Because of unusual aspects of our foundation, they took the extra step of consulting engineers, who explained in plain language the needs of the project. The Lagois team has great customer service and staff were very helpful. They updated us as the project went along, making sure we were always in the loop. The team was always on time. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. After the project was complete, they provided good follow-up. Highly recommended. We previously had trouble with other contractors, but with the Lagois team we did not have any worries. We would definitely hire them again.
