I used Timmons to replace my roof 5 years ago. Recently, there was a severe wind gust in Ottawa in the early of May and I found some singles ( 4 pieces) fell from the roof. I called Mike and left message to him. He called me the second and promised he will come to inspect the roof and the repaired done as early as possible.
