  Was easy to deal with in our recent real-estate purchase. Quick, efficient yet thorough. Pricing for the services was good and there was no non essential surprise fees added to our final bill. Price we paid was exactly what we were quoted. After purchase help was also excellent as Tanya was able to answer any questions in a timely manner and resolve a few issues at no additional cost after we closed on the home. I would highly recommend her services and would deal with her again.

  We have since used Tanya again for a refinance on one of our homes and the experience was again flawless and priced fairly. We are presently in the process of closing on the sale of two of our homes as well as the purchase of another. As per usual were very happy with her services and look forward to continuing doing business in the future.

  Choosing a lawyer can be a daunting task, so let me save you the trouble... just go ahead and hire Tanya! ;)
  
  I had a horrible experience a few years ago with a DIFFERENT real estate lawyer, so I decided to hire Tanya based on her positive Google reviews! I'm basically just going to repeat what everyone else has already said... Her fees are very reasonable, she is an expert in the field, and they are super friendly and efficient in that office! Tanya has such a colorful personality which takes all the stress out of moving. Thanks again for the WONDERFUL service!
