(December 15, 2019, 12:06 am)Cute little store but terrible customer service. There’s lot of confusion as to where you pay and where you pick up your item. The employees working on the engraving are rude and disregard any questions. We waited for over 30 mins for the item. When we came back, we had to wait again, because they were busy, this time on their phones
