Sandman Signature Ottawa Airport Hotel

Great pet friendly hotel. Very clean, nice room even though it's a little small for 4 people. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Could have some more soap, shampoo and a hairdryer.

The hotel is very upscale. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. It was cod outside so I did not use the small balcony. The controls for the rain shower were a bit difficult to figure out, but I got it quickly. I did not try the restaurant, Chops, but will next time.

Thank you for providing me with a wonderful executive suite because it was "all that was left' on the nights I needed. Your hotel suited my needs perfectly, and overachieved my expectations. The location was perfect for my conference at Ben Franklin Place, very convenient for driving to Ottawa center, highways, or the airport, and I loved seeing all the convenient shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The lobby is different and fun, and personal service was great. It was super quiet, and I loved the trendy modern decorating, the white kitchen, the comfortable chaise in the restful living room, the solid mattress, soft or hard pillows, the three-person marble shower and lots of good quality white sheets, towels and soap. Can't say enough how much I appreciate your great generosity, and my last night was reduced in price without even asking. Thanks so much for building and running this beautiful new hotel of only three months. Best wishes for your continued prosperity.

Excellent quality for price. Staff is very accommodating, kind and professional. Sandman Signature in Ottawa is in touch with their guests needs. Big rooms, comfortable beds, extra towels without requesting. Will always book with Sandman going forward

Being 6.5 hours away from hometown, After leaving a different hotel at 1 am due to issue, and being in Ottawa all weekend for a family emergency,since Saturday . we stumble across this hotel, being beyond exhausted, no sleep pretty much all weekend we met Kennedy at the front desk. TO whom may read this, Kennedy was the upmost compassionate, great listener. He treated us with beyond kindness. He got us a great room. He truly took care of us. We had the most peaceful sleep. It was clean, quiet, staff was friendly, check out was quick. Wish we could have seen him in the morning to give him thanks again, It was beyond appreciated, and a much needed sleep as we were out of town and spending hours at the hospital since Saturday morning. REGRET that we didn’t find this place sooner to make this difficult time a bit more relaxing.. 5 stars all around , and a raise for Kennedy.!!!! Thank you again we will be back , but for a relaxing vacation!!!!
