(July 10, 2020, 8:21 pm)I have to say I'm very happy to hear that we have a local Computing shop here in Ottawa that genuinely cares about the customer experience. I've purchased a few things here now and they're always been fair, responsive and flexible throughout COVID.
Having dealt with Rob, I can't say I've have better customer service in the computer industry! Will definitely be going here first for my computing needs going forward! -

(February 13, 2020, 7:39 pm)unbeatable service and prices. when no one in canada had the one part needed to complete my build, they ordered it straight from lian li for me and at a very reasonable price too. customer support was always there when i had a question and replied sometimes within seconds of sending the request. service like this is very hard to find these days.

For these reasons, this my one-stop shop. I’d like to thank Rob, Sean and Neil for their support and guidance moving over to my new system.
