  I am very satisfied with the professionalism as soon as you enter the facility. Gale greet you with her full expertise in dealing with the customer, she is courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Nikkiti was a professional therapist who did my assessment with keen and minute details. Rul Zhang who is giving me the physio treatment has full grasp of the treatment and started gently to sooth the soar muscles.
  
  I am very happy to be here and thankful to my husband who recommended me to be in Cerdar view pro physio. A big hand to all team including the assistant boys who welcome and take the clients amiably and kindly.

  It's a pretty clean place everyone there is well mannered, my first time going there was really good the experience is not bad and I feel like they know what they're doing.

  On September 2017 until March 2018 I had intensive pain in my right hip and down the right leg. I couldn’t even sleep, and pills did not help. On March I had 6 physiotherapy sessions with Ratna’s team. Treatment included: soft tissue release; acupuncture; dry needling; tens; heat; exercises.
  The result was amazing, there is no pain anymore. All the staff are making every visit pleasant! Thank you.

  I highly recommend the Pro Physio & Sports Medicine Center on Cedarview.
  
  I served 12 years in the Canadian Forces and have spent a lot of time in physiotherapy clinics. This is hands down the most professional, knowledgeable and caring physiotherapy center I have ever experienced. The clinic is very clean, professional and up to date with the latest technologies.
  
  The entire experience is nothing short of pleasant. From the incredible front desk staff who accommodate and help in any ways possible, to the knowledgeable and compassionate physiotherapist staff that go above and beyond to aid in your recovery and rehabilitation. The kinesiologists are extremely friendly and supportive and are always there to assist you.
  
  My team of Mak and Mittisha keep me motivated and focused on recovery and I can’t thank them enough. Luca, Ratna, Coutrney and Big Matty are always there to support and fill in when required. Every single employee there makes you feel comfortable like its a big family.
  
  Thanks to all the staff for making every visit amazing!

  Well trained physiotherapy and kinesiology staff use a variety of healing modalities to ensure your speediest recovery. I highly recommend this clinic. Friendly front-desk staff.

  I have since spent more than a year undergoing weekly rehab sessions with Makram and his team.
  
  I highly recommend the team at Cedarview ProPhysio. They have worked extremely hard to get me back to fitness and in conjunction with Personal Training facilities on site I am glad to say I am on my way in recovery process.
  
  Makram and his team members have been very professional, passionate and had lots of compassion.
  
  Many thanks go to Makram, his team member Mittisa who stayed engaged with my rehab progress throughout the year and Kabei & Suzana of Frontdesk are very helpful & friendly.
  
  The water dispenser was suggested and the suggestion has been forwarded to clinic upper management for a while. it would be benefit to all patients if The water dispenser is installed at the earliest convenience.
