(July 4, 2020, 8:43 pm)I can't even begin to thank Nancy and the PSP staff enough. I had been on 7 weeks of draining antibiotics before finally coming here. Nancy is incredibly experienced and has nothing but time to explain and answer questions. In my case it was all about learning to clench my pelvic floor less, a dysfunction I probably got in a car accident. I felt totally safe during our session, and this was during covid. Their measures to keep patients safe really are some of the best in the city (and I do a lot of physio).
I picked up on the method Nancy proposed very quickly, and improved dramatically over the following weeks. I know my experience won't be the same as everyone who goes, but I can't see who else in Ottawa knows more about the pelvic floor than the team at PSP. I highly recommend them. -

(February 2, 2018, 1:43 am)I was referred to Caroline by my midwife and have never been more thankful for anyone. Caroline is incredibly understanding, patient and supportive. Her treatment methods are effective and I didn't even know that what I was going through had a name until I met her. Caroline is an expert in vaginismus and pelvic pain and so many other things going on in the pelvic floor area. She truly cares about her patients and is an expert in her field. Thank you Caroline for everything you do and with such kindness and knowledge!!
