(September 27, 2019, 12:58 pm)I heard about Orangetheory through my friend and I joined here. I loved the experience. They have different challenges everyday and all the coaches are well experienced. They provide right instructions and feedback to everyone. The staff is really friendly. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a high intensity workout.

(July 18, 2019, 1:58 am)Love the workouts at Orangetheory Fitness - always different and always something new to challenge yourself. Especially love the staff at Orangetheory Fitness Merivale. They have made me feel welcome and part of the family since day 1. They are all so friendly. And the coaches are amazing and always offering encouragement to step outside your comfort zone. Going to Orangetheory Merivale is one of my favourite parts of my day!

(July 17, 2019, 12:03 am)I love the variety of workouts, and not knowing what the class will be until I arrive. I also love how motivating the coaches are. Not only do they know their technical stuff like proper form and options for weights to accommodate any issues, but they really make class fun. And I really love how I can monitor my progress on the screen - I set mini-challenges for myself and it keeps me motivated. I also love the contests that continually run which are challenging and rewarding. Keep up the awesome work to all the Coaches! Special shout out to Ericka and Alison, who continue to inspire me - thanks everyone, I pretty much love all things Orangetheory! :)
