(May 19, 2021, 12:34 am)My husband hired them to hydroseed at the end of April. After not hearing back about which day, I made an official appointment date with NCIH. The day of the appointment they cancelled because the staff member went to the wrong house and it was too late in the day to come by. There was then a couple more cancellations and re-bookings due to completing work elsewhere. In recompense for cancelling on me a few times, and delayed communication, they provided a very good discount on their services. The staff members that I spoke to were polite the entire time despite all of the hiccups. Les, who sprayed my lawn, was very polite throughout the work as well. I'm giving four stars because they responded well to the issues.

(April 20, 2021, 8:25 pm)Craig and his team are fantastic to work with. They hydroseeded our half acre lot and installed an irrigation system. Their opening and closing of the system and servicing as needed was scheduled promptly and they showed up on time! Their crews are super efficient, knowledgable, and best of all friendly. It was always a pleasure to have them onsite! I would recommend them over and over. Thanks National Capital for fantastic service!!!!

(January 11, 2021, 6:50 pm)Professional irrigation installation and service company. Courteous staff. They use top of the line Hunter equipment. There is no cutting corners. Every zone is placed logically for proper coverage of grass, plants, shrubs and trees. They go out of their way to answer any question you may have. They provide you with an initial plan, including zones and type of heads to be used. Nothing is hidden. They are also there for a mini training session at the end of the project. They take pride in their work. Highly recommend them. Kudos to Craig and his team! Keep up the great work.

(November 24, 2020, 11:27 pm)I got a few quotes for our new irrigation system. A few of my neighbors used these guys. The owner Craig came by to give me a quote. I was impressed by the fact that it was the owner showing up. The quote was more expensive than another I received. It was also more detailed and I thought fair. Craigs guys showed up and were excellent. The foreman Tom and his crew were polite, professional and hard working (in some pretty intense heat). They even showed up to finish some work on a Saturday. We also got a bit of hydro seed as well. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend these guys to friends! They do it right!!! Well done!!

He was able to provide me the most competitive quotes in the city (compared to other irrigation service companies). His team was professional and respectful during the installation days. The products are of quality and the application is very user friendly, allows me to control the start/stop times of the irrigation system. I am very pleased with Craig and his team, as they have surpassed my expectations. Craig, you've gone over and above, especially with the most recent issue related to my property.
Looking forward to doing business with National Capital Irrigation again in the spring for a third property.
