Dr. Munro diagnosed a very apparent cataract with the upmost professionalism. Supported by a caring and effective staff, his diagnosis resulted in also having eye surgery performed by him in hospital months later. Thank you!!
I was referred to Dr Munro by my optometrist to receive an optic nerve scan. I am 22 years old and of course googled what an optic nerve scan entails beforehand. When I found out that they were generally a scan to test for glaucoma I was quite nervous going in. Dr Munro was wonderful! Firstly his office was great, receptionists were both pleasant and as quick as possible. When he called me in he allowed my mother to join us and then he very lightly asked me what was going on before completing the scan quickly and efficiently. He concluded that there was no swelling on my nerves and that I was perfectly fine. He inquired and listened to me. He used examples from his own life to explain what was happening.
Could not have asked for a Munro positive experience! Thanks for easing my worry and showing kindness and a smile. Not enough doctors are like you!
Dr. Munro and his office staff and Riverside Hospital staff are all totally proffesional and curtious. If you cannot get through on the phone,keep trying.It is definately worth your patience!!
