(February 1, 2019, 3:06 pm)I brought back a pair of my wife's pants with the tags still on them past the return deadline because they had dark lines in fabric. Sarah reassured me but they were strictly creases & would come out with a little bit of wear and a couple of washes. She showed me another pair in-store having similar lines and offered to take the pants back in the future if the lines would not wash out. She even spoke to my wife by phone to explain the situation. She was very courteous and helpful. We will be back!
