For a novice hobby photographer, entering a professional retail atmosphere with high-end equipment can seem like a daunting task. This was not the case at Henry's. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming salutation within seconds of entering their doors, and was left to browse on my own time without the constant buzzing of a quota-driven sales associate. When the time came for assistance, I was served by the very knowledgeable Alexandra (sp?) who answered the plethora of questions I bestowed upon on her, with grace and efficiency. She offered real-world advice that was relevant to my niche, and still managed to upsell me on a tripod (The one I was looking at was a mere $69.99, she talked me into getting a Cameron for $119.99, as well as two filters and a cleaning kit) and subsequently invited me to a seminar which they hold for photography enthusiasts. For a first time visit, I was impressed and extremely satisfied. Not only will I recommend Henry's to friends and family, but I will also return and make Henry's my primary shopping locale for all things photo and video related. An easy 5-star experience. Great job!

Visited the store today to purchase a mirrorless camera. I had 2 in mind and was unsure of which would best suit my needs. I was met by Richard and I'm glad he approached me to help me with making a calculated decision. He was fantastic and an expert in cameras. He was friendly and at no times I felt like I was being pressured to buy a more expensive camera. I did not buy the more expensive camera... The reason I'm writing this review is to mention how happy I was to meet him and he provided an exceptional service. Thank you ????

I had great service.
He took the time to understand what we wanted to do and the type of pictures we wanted to take. Then he explained to us the various cameras and options (lenses, protection etc) as well as the price differences and what you get for your money. Once we chose the right camera he showed me how to use it and again explaining the various settings you would use in the various shooting conditions.
Absolutely wonderful experience and great service! I couldn't have asked for more!

Highly recommended and can't wait to try out my new Nikon D7500!!!
