  I am so glad that I hired GBI Pool Services to replace my pool liner. Garrett's price was very reasonable. The guys who work with GBI are very hard working, knowledgable, and amiable. I was so impressed with the service, that I contracted them to install a new pump, a new safety cover, and to clean my sand filter. Garrett threw in a free pool closing as thanks for my business.
  Be sure to call GBI early to get an appointment because the firm gets very busy during the pool season. GBI is my go-to company for all pool maintenance.

  Garrett came to my house at the beginning of June 2018 to put in a new variable-speed pool pump. He was knowledgeable and personable and the price was competitive with other companies.
  
  Once he had the pump running, I noticed that the chlorinator was indicating no flow. Garrett said that mice had probably chewed the wire, and then he proceeded to splice the wire for me at no charge.
  
  I was impressed by the service from GBI Pools and will definitely use them again.

  I did not have a good experience with GBI Pool Services. The owner did not listen to my needs. They did work I did not ask for and didn't do work I wanted completed. Then he over charged me on our agreed upon price. He would not accept any feedback and was unreasonable.
  
  UPDATE - July 7: I was pleased that Mark, General Manager from GBI reached out to me. He was genuinely concerned about my experience. He listened to me and worked to resolve my issues. I am satisfied with the outcome and appreciate the effort the company took to follow up.

  GBI installed my new pool liner on my 17 year old pool in May. From day one I appeared to have a pool leak rendering my skimmer useless as the water dropped too low. Garrett was diligent in checking the liner and all the new fittings. When that did not prove anything he had his scuba guy Mark check the liner lights, jet's everything. Again this proved fruitless and we could find no smoking gun other than a 2 and a half inch water drop in a day. Mark did not give up and showed up a couple of times with thoughts and ideas. His last attempt was with a under water listening device to re-check everything again. He asked that I over fill the pool to aid in his search, but could not detect any sounds. Well, Mark proved his worth, he was walking around the pool frustrated that he couldn't find the leak when he spotted it. On the top step on my stairs at the very back of a raised tread there was a 6 inch crack about 1/8 inch high at the bottom of the tread. of course when you finally find the leak it's easy to see but Mark defiantly proved his worth. Thanks to Mark and Garrett for all their help. I would highly recommend GBI pools and service
