I was looking for a new astronomy camera and wasn't sure what to buy for my needs. The customer service at Diffraction was above and beyond. From detailed emails that then lead to great calls with their team members—every interaction was super helpful.
Then, when I received my chosen camera, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship—it's seriously amazing. And, even when I had questions about filter wheels and connectivity scenarios, once again my contact at the company was there for me.
I would absolutely recommend Diffraction any day.
