Dentistry on Centrepointe- Dr Gurneen Sidhu and Dr Keith Josephs

I am one of those people who hates the Dentist. I think I've had so many issues with my teeth over the years that I've just come to hate the industry all together. Well, all that changed this year when I went back to Dentristry on Centerpointe at they newly renovated space. From that appointment I realized that a dentist appointment there was not just about looking at your teeth and swiping your credit card. It was a whole different experience.

From the moment I walked in the door, I felt a new welcoming energy. The secretary was super friendly and the new decor of the place offered a nice luxurious and modern atmosphere, while still relaxed. There is even a small kids zone with cute kid-friendly tablets and a drink/coffee station. Parent Heaven!

I've had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Sidhu and Dr. Josephson and both were really friendly and easy-going and relaxed, a trait that is really important for a nervous Dentist-goer like me! Both are very knowledgeable and great and answering questions and concerns without making you feel anxious.

Last but not least, the hygienists. I've also had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by a few of them, and all were really nice and "gentle" with their work, as opposed to the ones that make you feel like they're drilling teeth out of your gums. They were also friendly and chatty, and really gave you a sense of welcome, like you were an old friend.

Overall they get an A+ in my books. I am currently trying to convince my husband to switch dentists, and I am excited to introduce my toddler to the Dentistry staff in the new year (something I never thought I'd hear myself say!). Many thanks to the amazing team! - Anita E. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Sidhu since 2012. Back then, the only 2 criteria important to me for choosing my new dentist were location and a generally good reputation. Overwhelmingly good reviews on Google do sometimes trigger a certain suspicion in me, but it seemed that Dr Sidhu's practice was well viewed across several platforms (RateMD, Google Reviews etc). I therefore decided to take the plunge. 5 years later, not only am I still her patient, but so are my parents, brother and cousin, to whom I have all recommended her care (just imagine how far in life I would be if there were a referral system!) .

Just a few reasons why this practice is great:

-Dr. Sidhu herself. I have had a few dentists in my life and she is up there. Beyond technique, of which she holds buckets, she is very upfront and transparent about what she can/will do. Not only a great dentist, but an amazing person whom you can tell loves what she does.

-The staff. From the assistant that works directly with her to the receptionist, all the staff that I have met are upbeat and professional. There's just a general good vibe that emanates from this office, which permeates right through to you as soon as you enter the place.

-The logistics. The new location has a great design/feel. The rooms are equipped with TVs on the ceiling. (Also, free parking,an underrated luxury in this day and age).

-Scheduling. Whenever I have had a toothache/emergency I have been accommodated swiftly, either on the same day or same week depending on the severity of the situation (and often without crying).

For all those reasons, I recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a new dentist. And if you are still not convinced, they even have one room equipped with a massaging chair. Now try beating that.

The best dentist I have ever been to. She was incredibly thourough and very friendly. Everyone is very kind and welcoming, from front desk staff to hygienists to the office manager. The space is newly renovated and is by far the nicest digs I have ever seen for a dental office ;) I have already recommended this dental clinic to my family.

I would like to convey my utmost appreciation to both Dr. Sidhu (Gurneen) and Dr. Josephson (Keith) and your respective staff for your time, professionalism and expediency in addressing and remedying my immediate dental concerns this past week.

While my family dentist is located where I reside in Napanee, ON it was a real pleasure to meet one and all considering the unfortunate dental emergency I experienced last Monday. I am ever so grateful that you could address my situation on such short notice.
