Canterra Design and Build designed my home.
The Planning department approved the plans with no revisions. They were very impressed with the quality and detail provided in the plans.
The engineer was able to add his notes and details covering off the stress tests with ease.
The framers were pleased with the detail and layouts and enjoyed building the roof line as it was complex but came together effortlessly.
There were no amendments required along the way making it efficient and on budget.
The final product came out great and the appraised value was classed as superior in design and layout.
Cosimo at Canterra was always available to answer questions if required.
He worked well with the engineer and took the time to review the Building codes out in British Columbia so there would be no issues.
I will be using Canterra for my next design.

I couldn’t be happier with my design. I don’t have one sq/ft of wasted space and no surprises while building. Everyone loves the look of my house.
