Colin was fantastic. He didn't judge me for managing to break my brand new motherboard and CPU, and he worked his way through piece by piece until he had diagnosed every problem and fixed it, which took more than half the day. He even lent me RAM for a few days. 10/10, would have Colin fix my mistakes again.
Nero, the senior branch manager, did some excellent kibble extraction from the puzzle toy and was great at fetching the tennis ball. 13/10, what a good boy.
