In December, my son was 9 months old. For Christmas, we visited many new places during the celebration, friend's homes etc. This involved a lot of lifting him and caring for him. My back went out very badly. I tried correcting it, which used to work, I tried rest and it even got back to normal a few times. In the end, though, if I had to care for my son for more than an hour, my back would go out the next day. This was a tremendous dilemma.

I went to see Dr Mankal, not knowing what could be done. Since the first day, I have not had an episode and that has been four months. The change has been amazing. My posture has improved dramatically. I am more confident. My migraines are down and my anxiety is down. I care for my son for a day or more without even thinking about it.

They are very professional and personable during my visits. Dr Mankal clearly takes pride in how he can help those with back problems. His helpful demeanor is crucial in getting me focused and doing the work that needs to be done.

I've had my first adjustment with Dr. Mankal. He's very thorough and very good at what he does. I'm extremely happy and confident he'll resolve my back issues. He's the only Dr I know that goes through so much detail on explaining the issues of my back. I would reccomend then over anyone else. And as for the rest of the staff they're very kind and knowledgeable as well and really make you feel like you belong. Excellent job everyone!!!

Dr. Mankal and his team are amazing! First chiropractor that took an X-ray of my back before adjusting!! Started coming here with 9/10 back pain, in a few months he’s got me down to 5/10 pain. I feel great! Posture has improved A LOT!! Highly recommend!
