As a potential first-time buyer, I felt that I was making an informed decision as he took the time to explain everything about the house in detail. He also highlighted areas that require maintenance and how often in order to keep the house in good shape. It was an older house and there were concerns I had going in, and he was able to confirm which issues had been resolved and those that needed immediate resolution. With a very short listing period, he was able to accommodate a last-minute pre-offer inspection and quickly send me the report prior to offer deadline. I would highly recommended him for anyone looking for a home inspector.

He wwas not biased and since he was indep, we didnt have to worry about dishonesty- he really was looking out for our interests. Also allowed us to ask so many questions and left the door of communications open. Would highly recommend his services. Also did an inspection for our close friends, and we refer him often.
