I got my snow blower tuned in January 2019. This was my second time as I was pleased with the service last time. When he delivered the tuned snow blower this time, the price was higher than quoted. I was charged $207. There was no major repair work done. Instead of replacing the muffler, he said he just cleaned carbon deposits from the muffler (never heard that before and it did not reduce the noise). Also, the chute was not adjusted correctly. And the auger lever does not stay down intermittently. When he delivered the tuned snow blower, he asked me to call if there were any questions/concerns. I called three times and left detailed voice messages. That was more than two weeks ago. He never returned my call. If you are expecting good customer service for the premium price he charges, I would recommend to find someone else.
Very quick turn around time. Highly recommend this business. Quality service and reasonable price. Brought my bike in on a Tuesday and received it back on Friday!
