I have been a patient here for about 15 years. When my family doctor is not available they schedule me with other doctors and they've all been great. They are very busy so I have found the best way to book an appointment is to email.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at the clinic for how hard they are working in these times, the receptionists, the nurses, the doctors, everyone at the clinic.
I went in last Wednesday for a whooping cough vaccine, and I felt very safe thanks to their safety protocol and also very cared for by everyone.
I also appreciate the quick and clear responses to all my emails. I think the team at Westend family care clinic is awesome.
My doctor as well as all nurse practitioners I’ve seen there have been great. They never rush your appointments, make sure to answer all your questions, and are always friendly. The reception staff, with the exception of maybe 1-2, are very professional and respectful. Email correspondence and courteousness has also improved.
