Larry was a life-saver. We had a hard drive unexpectedly malfunction, taking with it several important work/family files that were not backed up. From the moment I called, I felt I was in good hands. He quickly diagnosed the issue and recovered the data in less than a week, keeping me in the loop every step of the way.
