I have read a few reviews stating the staff were rude. I would not describe my interactions with the staff as rude. I have not found myself that they are knowledgeable and tell you what you need to know. Sometimes receiving information you need to know if it’s counter to what you want to hear can be hard to hear and and it’s a normal human reaction to shoot the messenger. I value there expertise and honesty over their ability to tell me what I want to hear.
