  The whole family goes here. It's tailored to everyone's needs. My wife goes for conditioning. My daughter is just starting at 4 years old. My son has been here the longest and it has helped his confidence tremendously (no more bullying). Instructors are great, especially with the kids. The BJJ instruction is high level and extremely technical ... I love it! Good mix of classes and weekly schedule is accommodating.

  Very professional, detail oriented training with fantastic seminars and opportunities for members to excel in their ambitious goals. Clean facility and caring coaches who go above and beyond to ensure that each member feels supported. We drive all the way across the city to train here and it is 100% worth it.

  Our son Edy started his lessons at MMAFA 1.5 years ago and over time we noticed a significant improvement in his attitude and self-esteem which were the initial goals of training in martial arts. He constantly learns discipline, mental and physical strengthening while being in a very friendly and accommodating environment. Coach Steph and his trainers made specific changes in their workout program just so our son be able to continue his training. This allowed him to make significant progress and now he is excited to participate in future competitions. We appreciate also the monthly homework routines which reinforce respect, discipline and emotional self-regulation. We strongly recommend MMAFA for both children and adults martial arts training.

  My son is very happy everyday he comes for his class!! He loves the rules sheet and me too. He learned every time how to be better in the life. The coaches are amazing doing a great job!!

  Been at the club for over 2 and a half years. Has had a huge impact in many areas of life. No more blood pressure medication!

  Fantastic group of coaches and students that work hard, respect each other, and have tons of fun!
  
  As a father in my 40s I highly recommend this club for both parents and kids. See you on the mat!
