My 1st visit to the Clinic. Got there @11:54 am , receptionist was very pleasant , informed it wouldn’t take too long. Clean reception area, nice & cool. By 12:06 was In an examining room, very pleasant and informative aid. Was seen by Dr. shortly after & out of there by 12:25.

I am writing this review for all those people who say that they have negative experience here. Well even i faced a similar experience when we (me and my wife) traveled 2 hours to see the doctor only to know that they can't take any more patients for the day. They want me to come back next day. We were not happy as we are students in Pembroke and driving down to Kanata is not easy for us. My wife is Diabetic and having a hard time finding a doctor and managing her condition. Moreover, we are newcomers to Canada and its really hard dealing with a condition without a doctor. However, the owner heard us out and told us that he will do something about it. After a couple of weeks, to our surprise, we got a call from our local hospital in Pembroke that my wife got a Diabetes specialist. We were just surprised that he actually went that far just to help us. This was just amazing. I just want to put the word out that they are really trying to help others, its just they can help a limiting people at a time.

Hands down the best medical facility I have been to. My doctor was on holidays, and I stopped in to see if they actually were a walk in clinic as so many have shut down recently. I met with the owner, Fred, and we spoke at length about the lack of walk in clinics (due to the lack of doctors). Fred truly cares and was trying his best to get all patients seen before the doctor that was working was done for the day. I have never met an administrator with more empathy and devoted to client care. Truly amazing. The staff and the doctor I saw were equally amazing, and friendly. For those that say that there are long wait times, yes, that can happen, especially because there are less and less walk in clinics. For those that say they close early, they don't close early, they can only fit so many patients in before they close. I highly recommend this clinic.

Great service! I don't often have high expectations for walk in clinics. It's always very impersonal and everyone seems so stressed. This was a completely different experience. We had to go twice this week as 3 of us got quite sick. Fred the owner was so genuinely helpful and caring to my 3 year old son. He was able to calm him down better than I could..;) The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. The nurse that took us to our room was kind and engaging. Finally, Dr. C was great with my kids and efficient with the prognosis. I have to say thank you, as you made a normally unpleasant experience nice. This will be our go-to clinic from now on.
