  I had a great time purchasing a vehicle from Kanata Mazda. Christina is very professional and courteous. She made sure that she demonstrated all the features during the test drives so that I could make an informed choice about the car that’s right for me. I love how after a few days, she checked in to make sure everything was going well with my new purchase.

  I can’t say enough great things about Kanata Mazda. I’ve been leasing from them for more than eight years. Every time before I renew I check out their competition and Kanata Mazda always come out way above the rest. Jesse and Gianni gave me fantastic service, made me feel welcome and valued. Don’t waste your time shopping around. I already did and Kanata Mazda is where it’s at. Ask for Jesse, he is the best. Super down to earth, honest, reliable and knows his stuff.

  We spent several hours on two occasions sitting with Gianni talking about cars, kids and other things. It was casual, stress free and easily the best car shopping experience we have ever had. On the second occasion, we left having signed to lease two vehicles with absolutely no apprehension or feeling like we were pressured into anything. Gianni and his team, without a doubt, gave us a new appreciation for the term "Quality Customer Service", we have already recommended the vehicle as well as Gianni to friends and family. We will continue to deal with Gianni and his team for future purchases.

  The best car buying experience we've ever had. I was pretty anxious to have to deal with buying another car after a terrible experience at a different dealership when purchasing our last vehicle, but this honestly could not have been a better or easier experience. From the moment we stepped foot in the door to the time we left, everything went perfectly. Moh was our salesman and was very honest and upfront with us about everything and we didn't feel any pressure to buy whatsoever. Jamie, the business manager, was also super great to deal with and made the whole financing experience easy and straightforward. Again, he was also very upfront with us about everything and was not pushy at all. 110% recommend Kanata Mazda.

  Amazing customer service! Gianni was so helpful when I purchased my first car 3 years ago that when I was ready for an upgrade I had no question where I was going to go and who to deal with as I knew I would be stress free and with no high pressure tactics. Also adding to the great sales service is the fantastic service team. I highly recommend Kanata Mazda
