(November 22, 2019, 3:45 am)This spa as far better than any other spa I used to go to. It's reasonably priced, for an excellent service. I have gotten dip nails, and eyelash extensions, and I'm honestly super impressed. Everyone speaks clearly and asks questions to give you what you want, and don't let you leave until everything is perfect, which I love. Definitely my new favourite spa!

I cannot praise Tina enough.. she is a perfectionist (which is hard to find) and I’ve never felt rushed out of there. After she finished A FULL SET of dip on my nails, she could tell the colour was just a little off from what I originally asked for and she asked me if I was unsure of the colour. I was sheepishly honest with her about my uncertainty and she REDID my nails without any hesitation, even though the shop was closing up! I thanked her profusely but she reassured me that she’d rather I be 100% happy with my nails when I left the shop instead of going home and not loving them. She takes the extra time to combine two dip colours for the perfect colour on my nails and I’ve received so many compliments every time she does them. She is also very kind and will do anything to see her clients happy. The salon itself is very clean, friendly and comfortable. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a walk-in and the team has always been flexible with scheduling. After trying various different nail salons across Ottawa with various price points, I’ve finally found my top spot here!
