(June 8, 2019, 6:06 pm)This place I like better than other similar places in Ottawa. I found the staff relatively nicer than Pure kitchen for example. The food here is great. They have the beyond beef sausage which was a pleasant surprise. They are good about food sensitivities and their orange juice is addictive. It's in a weird location in Kanata but I'm sure that's just for cost but who cares, the food is great.

(June 3, 2019, 12:58 am)Checks all the boxes. The service was excellent, we really felt taken care of. The variety is overwhelming but in a good way. We were looking for some baked goods and weren't quite expecting the extensive selection of delectable goodies. I only wish it wasn't so far. I hope to see a more centrally located Grow Your Roots pop up soon.

This place is really busy on weekends for breakfast. You may wait a good 45 minutes for a seat and then more time your food. -

(May 5, 2019, 9:19 am)This is such a little hidden gem! The atmosphere is great and the staff are always super friendly and helpful! Amazing vegan desserts and delicious soy lattes. I can't wait to go back for brunch or dinner some time and try their "wing" night!
