(July 10, 2019, 8:01 pm)I didn't even make a purchase, I was here desperately hoping they'd let me use some of their equipment to diagnose my non-booting laptop. They opened up a generic laptop power supply for me, and I was able to confirm my laptop was fine, it was its power supply that had died. Wonderful people.

(April 8, 2019, 10:49 pm)Needed to upgrade my older computer...circa 2011 from 4 GB to 8 GB. Lee, the lady at the cash experimented with used DDR3 Memory units unit everything worked. No charge for service. Nice place to go if you're looking for a more personal service experience where there's some real help to solve problems.

(January 24, 2019, 7:59 pm)Only computer store I've dealt with for over 12 years. Have had multiple dealings with them. Have sent friends and relatives without hesitation. Best computer store in the Ottawa area, hands down. I will not buy anything computer related from any other store.
