  We had recent problems with mice. I called Essen Pest Control and the receptionist lady was really nice and helpful, she explained the whole process with such patience. They took control of the problem right away. Technician was highly knowledgeable. Highly recommended !!!!!!

  First time dealing with this company & I'm happy with our experience with them. Exterminater was very kind & respectful while in my home. Which is all you really want when you have someone in your home. He seemed to know what he was talking about & the traps left behind were much larger than the ones left from other companies in the past. I would recommend this company. He had everything he needed with him. Sprays, masks, gels, traps, tips & tricks.

  I brought Essen a mice problem. The first contact person sounded kind and friendly. Since she tried to help me reducing my worries, I decided to ordered a job. I had a good impression of the technician aw well. (experienced, knowledgeable, speedy etc.)
  I was advised to clean the areas where their droppings were found and see how it goes. Which we followed.
  After 9 weeks, I found droppings behind the cabinet in the dining again . I immediately emailed the company, when another lady K replied:
  "Can you please clean those droppings and check for another week and let me know, I suspect they are old droppings. Thanks" before making sure of my story. I thought K was rude. Sounds like we ignored the technician's advice and neglected to clean those droppings, then have lived with them for 9 weeks...
  The same technician came over again checked thoroughly. He explained that they are actually new droppings (because they are not dry but rather moisture...) but it's a good sign. Which means they ate 'bait' and are disappearing. They won't come back. Other mice would sense (this phenomenon)
  
  I think the administrator (receptionist) should also be trained with some basic knowledge of pest-control and have manners.

  Very pleased with the service provided by Essen. Staff is well trained and responds quickly. My bed bugs problem was gone after two treatments. Thank you Essen for helping me get my sleep back. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.

  We had nice issue at our house, tried two companies for no results. Then called Essen Pest Control , lady in office was very knowledgeable and polite. Technician arrived on time. Did an excellent job. After three weeks , we are totally mice free. Great service. Thanks Essen. Highly recommended!!
