(April 1, 2021, 4:29 pm)This location in kanata was really professional. I finally received a much needed credit building tool that started building me 3 years ago. I began with 2100 in 2018 then after a life adventure I had about 1700 remaining so they cleared the 2100 and refinanced the 1700 in 2019 and in 2021 just 15 months later approx they refinanced the remaining $1000 approx remaining and have me the difference for round 3. Now my plan for 2021 is to build a refinance strategy every 4 months and hopefully get to higher levels. Maybe plan a trip to Vegas and go from there. The family atmosphere this branch has which started with Kim and now has Marisa and Nelly and Natalie and another nice lady I can't recall but she used to manage the branch after Kim left who works from home. I can't forget another lady who moved to another role within the company who made me feel welcome just before Natalie and Nelly came on the scene through Kim. I will say that Marisa is an excellent addition to the Hazledean location and complements Nelly Extremely well. I have to say that Nelly has such a great memory too. I always feel welcome when I go to this branch.
