(March 21, 2021, 12:04 am)The guys at the service department are amazing. I bought my laptop at Best Buy a year ago, and accidentally dropped it going down a flight of stairs. The outer shell was cracked but it turned on and the screen was fine. I wanted to get the inside checked out and make sure there was no internal damage. Best Buy did not honour my 2 year warranty and wouldn’t even look at my computer. I called Canada Computers Merivale location and there was a two week wait time. I called this location and the staff were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped me diagnose any critical failures over the phone and told me to bring my laptop in and they would look at the inside. Luckily the damage was cosmetic and did not require any repairs. These young gentleman helped me when no one else would. I would highly recommend this store.
