  Dr. Faten's experience, expertise, professionalism, sincerity & humor are a rare combination. She's always on time and smiling! When I met her, I had just had a severe concussion; I appreciated her thoroughness and follow ups. It was a challenge for me to find an Optometrist that was caring and sincere. For me that's just as important as knowledge and experience. Don't look any further!! She's the best! A word must be said about Andre, the optician, and his taste!! Like everyone, I'm picky when it comes to spending a few hundred $ on a pair of glasses, and to add to the problem, indecisive. Andre made a suggestion for a pair from the first second he saw me, and an hour later, after his patience in showing me every pair I remotely liked, it turned out his initial choice was the best for my face shape and needs in general. The ladies at the front are always warm and a pleasure to see as well! Getting the reminder from them yearly or every 2 years from them to get my eyes re-examined, as well as letting me know about savings for my contact lenses are nice gestures. My entire family and I go to Dr. Faten and trust her.

  My dad, my siblings and I have been coming to her place for as long as I can remember. Best optometrist in the city!

  Best optometrist I have had in 55 years. Extensive medical knowledge, able to diagnose any vision problems. Does a thorough exam of the health of the eyes, not just checking for eyeglasses. You'll never go to anyone else.

  I have been going to see Dr. Fares for a few years now along with the rest of my family. She is great with kids ( both my daughters get excited to go see her). Her diagnosis of my eye condition was spot on and is being treated and is under control. Great Dr I would recommend her to anyone.
