  We had Wes, Zak and Adam move us last month. Fantastic experience! Incredibly polite and professional. This crew hustled! Based on previous moves, we were expecting 5-6 hours. They finished in 3.5 hours! Highly recommended. We will be booking again for our move next year. Thanks guys.

  Matt and his team are excellent, efficient, and very professional. I used their moving services to relocate from Toronto to Ottawa recently and I found their level of customer service to be top notch! Matt was very accommodating in addressing all of my requests. As well, I was very impressed at the accuracy of the estimate I was provided for all stages of my move. Working with him put my mind at ease regarding my move. His moving crew (Aaron, Jessie, and co.) were fantastic! They were so quick to load and unload my belongings with such care! They were also very good at communicating with me so that I knew exactly when to expect them. I highly recommend First Rate Movers. They do very well to put their customers first and go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you Matt!

  Moving with First Rate Movers was the best experience I ever had (my 11th move). They booked the move on a short notice. I found your crew very professional, time efficient, polite and friendly. They made this move so stress-less for me. The assembly company who came to assemble a complex bunk bed indicated that they have never seen such a fine and gentle job that your crew has done with disassembling the bed. I am very grateful and will keep recommending First Rate Movers to anyone who needs to move!

  Your staff prepared a detailed, competitive estimate and showed a personal interest in our planned move. They were very helpful in providing a suitable date and provided us with detailed, written confirmation which was appreciated.
  
  Your moving crew were, without a doubt, the best movers we've experienced. They were a credit to your company. They contacted us by phone to confirm the time and kept us updated as the day progressed so that we knew exactly when they would arrive. On arrival they quickly got the move organised and worked cheerfully and efficiently. Besides giving excellent care to our belongings and our house, they completed the move far more quickly than we could have expected. There was not the slightest damage, there were no scratches or marks on the walls, the floor or the furniture. A very personable crew; it was a pleasure to have them in the house.

  Great local Ottawa move experience with Wes and team! The guys showed up on time and were easy going when the building super was late arriving to put the elevator on service. They laid out mats to protect our floors and wrapped up our furniture carefully. They were quick and efficient at both ends of the move and managed to get one of my huge pieces of furniture into the new basement. Awesome! Matt was great on
  the phone with me explaining the pricing while I was making the booking, so I was very comfortable with the end price. Highly recommend booking if they are available for your move date.
