My sister has used VR solution several times for Desktop repairs and was happy with their service so I thought I would try them out. I can say I'm beyond totally happy with the staff and service. I took my laptop in on a Friday and got an estimate on the following Monday with an apology for not calling on Saturday. Parts for my laptop had to be ordered and would take several days to arrive so my laptop wouldn't be available for pickup until Friday. To my amazement I got a call on Tuesday to say my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup. VR Solution is definitely my go-to place for repairs in the future.
