  Dr. Hale is very knowledgeable, explains things well, is very pleasant and cares about her patients. The staff are also very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The glasses I got recently, due to changes in my eyesight, fit very well and much better than the ones I got elsewhere on the last prescription. I'm very happy with the excellent services provided by Richmond Village Eye Care Centre.

  Excellent service. The Optometrist was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was well taken care of and left with a great pair of glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Hale at Richmond Village Eye Care.

  Dr. Hale and her assistant are very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to detail. Appointments are always on time. Glasses selection is great. And thanks to them I picked a pair that even my wife liked :) The type of professionals I like to deal with. Highly recommend. We do the short drive in from west Ottawa to see them instead of other options closer by. They are well worth the 10 min drive.

  Dr. Hale and staff are patient , kind ,attentive and helpful .Dr. Hale is knowledgeable and thorough in her examination .She is collaborative and referred me for additional testing which I needed . I am happy with the quality and availability of eye wear . As a country person , I am happy with the convenience , no traffic , no parking fee .
