Very happy with the service and care we have received from this clinic to date. Drs are great and the staff are helpful.
Most of the staff is friendly. 1 extremely rude nurse... makes going very uncomfortable if she's working . Not friendly at all. Very innaporpriate towards me as I called to speak to my doctor (on doctors orders to call her) the way she spoke to me I feel as though any other company would have fired her. But aside from that,
My doctor is amazing- she's sweet,funny and actually takes the time to listen and I'm not rushed out the door. (Dr.Che)
Since moving to the new location my review changes a tad. There's more staff, the phone line is hardly busy you can normally get in queue, everyone seems a lot happier- even though that is the outside looking in. It's cleaner, and I don't feel as uncomfortable coming in.
Have had great experiences with this clinic for general care, pregnancy, and now for our baby. Feel very lucky to have a family doctor here. Waits can be long especially as it gets later in the afternoon, but I have never been to a doctors office that wasn’t like that! Well worth the drive to Richmond, especially since the new building will be open in the future.
Besides the absolute insane waiting times. I always loved Dr. Rabb's, now that he is gone, I am no longer a patient here. I miss all the honest opinions and friendly visits from the pooches. Miss you guys!
