  Mike was absolutely fantastic! We had an issue with some of the wiring in our patch panel (telephone patch panel). With young kids a non-functioning phone was a bit of a concern for us. Read & Read came out during a time when they were fully booked - got us up and running with a temporary fix (a part needed to be ordered for the full fix). They didn't even charge us for the temp. fix.
  
  My wife and I were blown away by the service, professionalism and kindness. A few weeks later our part came in, Mike sent us an email to confirm a time - again without a hitch - everything done top notch! A+ customer service, communication and workmanship.
  
  Can't recommend any higher!

  In the aftermath of the tornadoes and high winds that troubled Ottawa in 2018, I had a very hard time finding an electrician to fix a dire problem at the house. Had no power, and Hydro wouldn't turn it back on until we fixed our conduit that brings power into the house. After calling about 8 companies, who all told me it would be at least 2 weeks before they could send someone to me, ReadandRead Electrical heeded the call within a few days.
  
  Fixed our problem, got it inspected, had hydro back there all in the same day. And for a very reasonable price. Mike was a great guy who got the job done in timely fashion, while being very friendly and efficient.
  
  I definitely recommend this company for residential jobs in the Ottawa/Kanata area! They saved our bacon! 5 Stars and a big shout out! Thanks again!
