George conducted an inspection of our new home as part of the Pre-Delivery Inspection in November 2015.
While my wife and I were busy identifying cosmetic issues, he carefully and methodically went over the entire building - inside and out. In addition to identifying several key issues (window well drainage problem, missing lateral support for roof trusses and missing flashing for the tops of columns that we never would have thought to check, he also noted several cosmetic issues we completely missed.
After the inspection and delivering his report, he patiently explained the issues and the expected remediation that we should expect from the builder. We were very pleased with our experience with Prime Building Inspection Services and highly recommend George.
