As first time home buyers they were very good at keeping us up to date on the process of buying a house, and at answering any questions that came up through the process, and close day was absolutely painless - her fees even came in slightly less than we were initially quoted! I hope don't plan to buy another house soon, but if we do I know who I'm calling.
