  Bought a used 5410 loader tractor a couple years ago. Customer service from Bridgette at that time was excellent! Spent a lot of time searching for the right fit for our budget and operation. We received the tractor and i was told to make a list of any issues ,which we did. They picked the tractor back up and left me with a loaner for about 2 months. They went above and beyond with the repairs, fixing things that were not broken but which they knew would need replacing in the near future. Received the tractor back only to have the drivers door glass blow up for no apparent reason. They sent a service tech to replace the glass. A couple weeks later the glass blew again. They ordered a whole new door frame and glass and sent the tech to replace it again! All NO CHARGE! Very happy with their service. Bridgettes gone now. Dealing with Troy. Again, excellent service!

  We are long time John Deere customers are were very impressed with the service and support we received when purchasing our newest tractor. Stefan is very knowledgeable about the full line of JD and provided excellent advice. High recommended !

  I've sourced parts for my John Deere lawn tractor - blown head gasket. I never changed one before. The service guy spent 20 minutes giving me great advice which I used. I fixed the head gasket 3 years ago and no issues since. I recently bought a Stihl blower and the sales and service were excellent !! Well done guys - thanks! Highly recommended!! I am going back to get a Stihl hedge trimmer next!

  I’m from Alberta, purchased sight-unseen. Very friendly service from Stefan. Extremely accommodating. The JD 448 backhoe maybe had a few more hours than implied, but it was still in very good condition and arrived without incident. No qualms about attempting another purchase. Thank you Stefan.
