My husband works for the AEI and it is absolutely wonderful to see how they have managed to maintain a fun and dynamic culture focused around learning, freedom, and rapid growth, he informs me almost everyday that his team makes everyday an opportunity to learn something new and exciting, there seems to be great transparency in the company!
