  I ordered a baby monitor online and they packed it in a big box but with nothing in it like bubble wrap to keep it from being broken. So it was just able to freely toss around in the box!! I ordered diapers from walmart and they put tons of bubble wrap in the box. Hmmm you would think Toys R Us would know electronics need cusion around them. If walmart can do it for fricken diapers then Toys R Us take note!!

  Store is well stocked, and it's nice there is one in Orleans. I like traveling there instead of going to St. Laurent.
  I was a little disappointed though when I went to return a gift for my son, and they would only give me a gift card back with the money on it, I had the receipt, but because it was bought with my mom's bank card I wasn't able to get the cash...she lives 4 hours away. The girl at the counter was very adimeent that nothing else could be done.
  Store is clean and well light.

  First of all, I want to say that the staff has to be commended for working hard at customer service with all the rumors going on! Yes sometimes is hard to find someone but does any one gives credit to them for trying to help even thought they are short staff!? I see this whatever I go, the rudeness they put up every day and still they serve you with a smile! I say this because I went and do a refund and is a big line up. Not to mention the customer in front of me was being rude as hell. Don’t care what your problem is be courteous
